This 4th of July celebrate independence from cooking. We know how stressful it can be to host gatherings sometimes and we want you to enjoy the holiday weekend just the way you deserve. We've put together a menu that you can adapt to whatever kind of event you're planning.

The Coastal Smokehouse
We've had this vision for a while. This summer, we lit the fire. The smoke is our own now - every rib, slice of brisket and pastrami, every pound of pulled pork, cooked right out back, slow and low all night while the island sleeps. We're particular too - right down to which wood meets which cut. From the pit to the shore, and yeah, the Après Beach clambake counts - just barbecue with sand in its toes. Grab some food, pull up a chair on the patio, take it to the beach, or to your table at home.
